Mechanical Bug Photo uses Shutterfly to print and distribute our work. Shutterfly features an easy-to-use ordering system that offers lots of sizes and other products (like magnets and mugs) to our customers but we wanted to answer a few questions that come up from time to time.

1. Why do you sometimes have different sizes of the same picture?
Different prints sizes require different size images. On many events, we add logos and other text to the image--this info can be cut off with the wrong print size. Please take care to order the right image for the print size you are ordering. For example: use the 8x10 Image for 8x10 print. Also Shutterfly shows a preview of exactly how the image will appear on a print.
2. How can I order from multiple albums?
Often we include multiple albums of a single event to help better organize the images. Add items from any album to your order and then click the blue "Back--add more" button to add additional images. You'll also find a "View All albums" button that will allow you to open and view other albums.
3. How can I be sure that the photos I choose will look good on a mug or other product?
Use the preview function after adding the images to your order. Shutterfly always show a preview to allow you to see exactly what portion of the image will be on the product. Contact us if you would like assistance with a certain product.
4. How can I order without using my credit card?
Shutterfly uses the industry's most trusted security to handle transactions.
But we are happy to order for you. Just send us an email with details of your order--the number below image, the size and finish of the prints, etc. We will be glad to help.
5. Do you offer digital downloads?
We do not offer this feature at this time.
